Smoked or fresh kielbasa is made from a special recipe which was developed locally. The smoked kielbasa is fully cooked, gently smoked, and ready to grill to perfection. Alternately, saute on the stove top or in the oven with a little water until hot (165 degrees F). Fresh kielbasa is not smoked or cooked and will require thorough cooking on the grill, stove top, or oven until it is hot (165 degrees F). LAST DATE TO ORDER IS June13!!
